ROSA DE ARROCAL 2018


Bright, sharply focused strawberry, cherry and floral scents,
complicated by zesty orange pith and white pepper nuances.
Shows good heft as well as a surprisingly light touch, offering
bitter berry skin, blood orange and ginger flavors that are
given spine by a core of juicy acidity


Shrimp with Sauce Vierge


Sautéed jumbo shrimp, chopped tomato, basil, lemon, olive oil


ARROCAL 2017


Bouquet of plums, cherries, a touch of mint, cocoa powder,
a bit of wild fennel, a very good touch of soil and still a good
foundation of spicy oak from the used casks. On the palate
the wine is deep, full-bodied and moderately tannic, with
a fine core, very good focus and grip and a long, nascently
complex and very well-balanced finish


Seared Sea Bass

Seared sea bass, wild rice salad, sweety drop pepper compote,
garlic sauce

ARROCAL SELECTION 2014


Bouquet of black cherries, cassis, cigar smoke, a fine base of
soil tones, graphite and spicy new oak. On the palate the wine
is pure, full-bodied, focused and well-stocked at the core,
with fine soil signature, impressive focus and blossoming
complexity and very good length and grip on the inherently
elegant, moderately chewy finish


Seared Duck

Seared duck breast, celery purée, caramelized baby carrot,
amarena cherry gastrique


ANGEL DE ARROCAL 2011


Earthy blackberry, cassis and boot-leather aromas are
strapping and integrated. This feels layered and structured,
with chewy depth, firm tannins and power. Baked, toasty,
chocolaty flavors bring ripe-fruit notes of fig, prune and
blackberry, while the finish is long and savory, with a strong
accent of wood spice


Venison Ravioli

Spinach and ricotta filled ravioli, venison ragu, crispy basil


DULCE DE MOSCATEL


Fresh pear, melon and lychee aromas are brightened by white
flowers and nutmeg. Frothy and deep in sweet tropical fruit
flavors but nicely energized by mineral and spice qualities
that carry into the finish
