92 Vinous Media Brilliant ruby-red. Spice-accented raspberry, cherry and floral pastille scents, along with hints of vanilla and woodsmoke in the background. The sweet, penetrating palate boasts juicy red fruit, spicecake and smoky minerality. Closes with impressive fruit intensity, remaining lithe and elegant, with no rough edges in the very long spice- and mineral-driven finish. This suave wine was aged in a combination of new and used French oak barriques for one year. 2017 - 2023

90 Wine Enthusiast Of all the excellent Genium 2010s, this is the only one that's a bit stalky on the nose. It's also rubbery smelling, with tight-grained oak scents and earth notes. Hard, tannic and without much cushion, this Garnacha-led blend tastes earthy, stalky and of high-toned plum and currant with lemony oak. A bold, tannic finish says this will last through about 2024.

94 Wine & Spirits Magazine Despite the weight of its ripe fruit, this wine has the structure to support it. A blend of garnacha (70 percent) and carignan, all off of very old vineyards around the village of Poboleda, this needs years in the cellar, so that those deep red fruit flavors acquire nuance. The acidity, firm, always on guard, is the guarantee of longevity.

92 International Wine Report The 'Vi de Vila' is a blend of largely Garnacha (70%) with the remainder Carinena. The wine was aged in a range of French oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling. This deep colored Priorat starts off with damp earth, thyme and bacon fat with dark fruits on the nose. Round and generous on the mouth, this unveils a nice range of red and dark fruits on the palate with smoky and earthy accents coming in. Lithe and polished, enjoy this great bottling over the next decade.

90 Wine Enthusiast This village-designated Priorat's ripe black fruit, tobacco, baking spice and raisin aromas are jammy and heady. It's full bodied and grippy, with wiry acidity. Lemony oak and tobacco notes dominate its chocolaty berry fruit, finishing thick and unrefined.
