Whole clusters were kept overnight prior to destemming and pressing.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Pale gold. Expansive scents of fresh orchard and pit fruits and melon are brightened by suggestions of white flowers and lemon zest and a minty overtone. Juicy and broad in the mouth, offering poached pear and white peach flavors that become spicier with air. Closes on a subtle honeyed note, delivering solid thrust and good spicy persistence.
