This pale, delicate rosado was produced from estate-grown, hand- harvested fruit which was brought to the winery and pressed immediately upon arrival. The juice was fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks and aged for a few months on lees prior to bottling.
Light bright orange. Fresh red berries, tangerine and white flowers on the fragrant nose and in the mouth. Dry and nervy but not lacking for flesh, delivering good closing thrust and lingering floral, strawberry and bitter herb qualities.
