Wine Tasting Dinner at SER with Grapes of Spain and Arrowine & Cheese Shop (Arlington, VA)

We cordially invite you to join us for an exclusive wine tasting dinner with Aurelio Cabestreo from Grapes of Spain and Arrow Wine & Cheese Shop on Sunday, July 24th from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM at SER Restaurant.

Tickets are $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity

Guests will enjoy a welcome cava and hors d'oeuvres from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM, then a four-course menu prepared by award winning Chef David Cardona and Chef David Sierra exclusively for this event. Each course will be paired with Pago de la Jaraba's illustrious wines. Throughout the dinner, Aurelio will explain the wines being served and discuss his philosophy on using indigenous grapes throughout Spain to produce some of the most high-quality wines in the world.

Croquetas de mejillón (Mussel Croquettes)

First Course

Second Course
Halibut confitado, consomé gelificado de setas y nieve de trufa
(Poached halibut, gellified mushrooms consommé, and summer truffle powder)

Third Course
Chuleta de cordero ahumada a la parrilla, refrito de ajos y ajetes, flan de piquillos y reducción de su jugo
